Time for an adventure! [Pet Regain Plot Log]

Who: Everyone who signed up for Pet Plot
Where: Dissimulo, the road to and at the paper factory
When: All day Sunday (Backdated)
Rating: PG for now, could go up later?
Summary: Scientists have pets. People want them. Time for a road trip!
The Log:

Sunday morning comes and it's time to set out for this paper factory Kain wants everyone to go see. After his intial post on the network, Adam contacted those who were still interested in going with the time and place to meet up: outside Dissimulo's entrance bright and early that morning.

Well...time to get started then.

[Regardless of the weather or apples, every thing that was tossed at Washu never reached her. Instead they were stopped by a wall of energy which easily protected the petite little red-head.

Washu really had one goal in mind and that was getting her dear little Ryo-Ohki back. Everything else was trivial.]

[Likewise, Cynthia was ready to face anything that might be tossed down her way - and perhaps Togekiss might have attempted to eat those apples, had Garchomp not been much faster to slice them up. So far, so good.

Still, she could not help but notice the little genius not too far from her, and the way she was handling incoming attacks. No reason not to say anything, right?]

[Mostly everything was trivial. Washu was still a curious little scientist.]

Thank you~. I could say the same about the creatures with you. What are they exactly? I don't remember researching any current monsters that look like them.

Oh, these are my Pokemon! [She motions towards her 'babies' while Garchomp takes care of another crazy tree thing.] They're creatures from my world, but there aren't any more around here.

[Or at least, not as far as she knows. But heaven knows, with that zoo Kain teleported over, there might as well be more. Which is why she's here.]

Pokemon?

[She watches as Garchomp takes on another tree and raises an eyebrow. Immediately her fingers are flying over her keyboard.]

So are there more like them on your world? Would you mind if I studied them at all? I would love to understand their biology better and perhaps it would help you in the long run if someone else knew how to treat them if they needed medical assistance.

I would have to check with them first, but otherwise I don't see a problem with it. [So long as she could keep a close eye on those studies, of course. This girl didn't seem like a huge threat or someone who would try using that knowledge in any way that wasn't beneficial to everyone, but it didn't hurt to be cautious.]

Ah, I'm Cynthia, by the way. And you are?

[She types a few more things before dismissing the computer all together and smiles up at Cynthia and holds out her hand to shake.]

It's a pleasure to meet you Ms.Cynthia. I am Little Washu.

Likewise! [She extends her own hand to greet Washu in return, then motions towards her Pokemon.]

Those two are Garchomp and Togekiss. I have two others with me, as well.

[She turns towards the two Pokemon and smiles as she waves to them.]

Well, it's nice to meet them too! I hope you don't mind if I ask what the other two you have are? Are they as cute as the two in front of us?

[Togekiss returns that wave with several flaps of his wings, always excited to meet new people; Garchomp, on the other hand, gives out a bit of a low growl. She is a Badass Landshark Dragon of Death and does not appreciate being called cute.]

The other two are Lucario and Milotic; they're something like a bipedal jackal and a sea serpent, respectively. I don't know about you, but I personally find all Pokemon adorable.
