Summary: Mei's new and confused and in need of help.
the log:
Mei sat on the floor of the dilapidated building in which she had taken refuge. She was waiting for Snake and getting more and more paranoid as each minute passed. She was sure every little scrape, rattle, or scuttle she heard was a hideous monster coming after her, and she hadn't found anything that would make for a decent weapon yet.
A particularly large rat ran across the room right in front of her, causing her to shriek in surprise.
Oh now this is just embarrassing, she thought, and then out loud, "Where are you, already?!"
