Who: Naminé + anyone coming to find her? (Axel, Riku, the Replica~?)
Where: Somewhere near the shipyard/wharf.
When: Now~?
Rating: PG.
Summary: Naminé's shown up and she has a whole posse ready to come find her.
the log:
Perhaps it really was time to invest in something slightly warmer to wear.
It wasn't so much that it was freezing outside, but it was dark, and the faint breeze crept along her arms and bare legs, brushed tickling hair against her face and made her duck her head even lower. Naminé's knees were drawn to her chest, arms wrapped securely about them. And – ah, she'd been told to stay inside. And then told to stay away from the 'dark places', and she'd thought, Inside is dark – but so is everywhere else.
In the end, her decision to stay right where she was, seated on the dock, out in the open, was made because she felt safer there. If there really were monsters to concern herself with, then at least this way she'd see them rather than having something jump out from a dark corner. Because logic said that she wanted to see whatever it was that wanted to try and eat her, or something along those lines.
And while she waited, she mulled things over in her head; thoughts churned over and over repeatedly.
Axel was alive. So was the replica, for that matter. And Larxene? The first two she was happy about, that last one... certainly not so much.
Then there was Kairi. How in the world did she know? Naminé knew her name and face and voice from memories, blurred and so beautiful from Sora's heart... but she'd yet to lay her own eyes on her Somebody. How Kairi knew her, she didn't know. But Riku had said she'd missed a lot, so she was counting on him to fill her in.
Obviously, she'd missed some very, very important happenings. All there was to do for the time being... was wait.
