 [The video flickers to life, showing a blur of pink and blonde. Then one large blue eye comes into focus and you hear a female voice chattering to herself.]

I think I've gotten this to work now, I just need to... Goodness, things were never so complicated in the Mushroom Kingdom... not to mention so dirty and messy... Oh, wait! Wait, the light is on, I think I have it working now!

[The eyes moves away and then the head and shoulder of a young lady come into focus. She straightens the tiny golden crown on her head and smiles widely.]

Hello out there. I assume this is some kind of communication device, and I do hope I'm not not wrong. I am Princess Peach Toadstool of the Mushroom Kingdom, but please call me Peach. No need to be formal in these conditions. I'm not quite sure how I ended up here, or where this is, exactly... but if anyone else is out there, I hope you can hear me. Has anyone met a large spiked turtle? Or perhaps a man in overalls? Usually they turn up after me, but... this is all so different than usual...
