Where: Discedo (Mostly) but also Dissimulo
When: Starting Today and spanning a day or two?
Rating: T + M (Tatsumi and murder, but really it's for Teen and Mature because of blood, violence, torture, and death)
Summary: Tatsumi takes up the event's opportunity to go about harming and killing. Who will notice with all the dead corpses around anyway? Right? Perfect cover up, sort of.
