Come Fly with Me [In Progress]
Who: Lilith (
soul_similar) and Yamcha (
turtletea)
Where: Horton Lane Apartments and then who knows where else.
When: January 5th, after this thread.
Rating: PG
Summary: Yamcha offers to take a pretty (winged) girl out for a little flight. Who knows what can happen.
the log:
Lilith hummed a made-up tune as she stepped her way down the stairwell of the Horton Lane apartment building. Harry's unexpected disappearance from Discedo left her feeling blue, but the idea of being able to see the city from the sky helped to pick her mood up in no time flat. It was something that she missed doing herself, after all. Because of the chip, her wings felt heavier and harder to move. She could only fly for short distances at best, and that was a lesson that she learned the hard way. (She used to have the bruises to prove it!) Thinking to herself, the girl would like nothing more than to feel like her old self again... but! Beggars can't be choosers.
At the last fight, she jumped down, landing with a light stumble. "Whoa!" She flailed her arms, and then regained her balance, giving herself a light knock on the head. "Almost didn't make it."
Then she stretched her arms back, before crossing them behind her head, still humming and looking around for her man. The one she was talking to before. "Where are you, my handsome stranger?"
