Summary: Keeping each other company.
the log: The candles he'd found were of little comfort when the whole outside world had gone black. The sky had become depressing - the world outside had simply vanished behind the clouds of black that this world had summoned when it had decided to fall.
There was little that the blonde could do to take his mind off this shadowy world. Being helpless wasn't at all new - in a failing body, he was accustomed to having to stay put so that enemies wouldn't find him - however... usually in such times, he had a distraction from his boredom.
Abel's friend - the nun - wasn't exactly his first choice. She seemed a sweet girl, but her suspicions of him had already made themselves known. Though they would not be nearly as worrysome as if Abel himself. Who was she to judge what was normal for the Contra Mundi? Her lifespan was a simple blink of the eye for him.
"Mm," he turned away from the window, glancing to the flickering candle to the door. She'd be here soon. He'd have to go back to playing the sickly, sweet brother of the foolish priest.
