Who: Kanji Tatsumi & Nill
Where: Nill's!
When: After her deal with Jackie her poppy, and after Kanji deals with that doctor dude who's name he oddly enough, never got.
Rating: PG, for language from m'boy.
Summary: Kanji is annoyed and overall upset, so after going up to some people's doors and NOT knocking (read to see who~!) he ends up headin on over to someone that likely wouldn't make him madder that ISN'T Souji.
the log: Kanji kicked at some snow as he stomped along his un-merry way. The sound of soft crunching made his anger pretty silly looking, especially as a guy his size looked trudging along through it all. His jacket was on but not bundled tight, as he was a bit too steamed to pay much mind to being cold, or even really feeling cold. That doctor had really bothered him; he not only denied him for what Kanji felt was a good reason on his part for wanting his chip out, but he called the young Persona user a brute.
Him, Kanji Tatsumi, a brute!
...It was true, to some extent. He had been the way he was for years, and it was hard for him to turn off his auto attitude, for the most part. He hated being talked to like he had been, and when he tried calming down, he only felt more steamed as he re-thought the word "brute". To him, and he knew it, he was coming along very well from that type of word, of assumption by others.
So here he was, walking about Discedo in search of anything, or maybe even anyone. He tried stopping at his Senpai's, but he was always so busy, and rightfully so with Nanako and everyone else around. Next he found himself at Naoto's very door. He frowned for a moment, his hand hovering in front of the door. Sighing somewhat, his arm dropped to his side; he couldn't see her, not alone. She had mentioned the gang hanging out, and that sounded neat, but, well...that's all she wanted to see, as far as Kanji figured.
If he knocked now, she would only get onto him, and if he told her why, she would only get onto him more for getting mad at the guy and proving that doctor or whatever he was right.
That, and above all else, he feared she would agree that he was indeed a brute. Nothing more than that.
Swallowing and shuffling away from her door, he next found himself going to Ty Lee's. She wouldn't think him a brute, not at all. However, when was the last time they talked? He wished her a happy birthday, but that was literally all he did. When it came to her, he wasn't a brute, no, he was just a failure. Looking up, he saw that he was now several feet away from her doorstep. Shaking his head, he turned and went in the opposite direction.
After awhile, the cold got to him, and he found himself shivering quite a bit. His face was flushed as a person suddenly popped into his head. He smirked somewhat, and headed over in the direction to their place. After a moment or so, he was standing in front of the door to Nill's, his student of sewing. Taking a deep breath for practically no reason at all, he followed it up by knocking firmly upon her door.
His knuckles hurt a bit from the cold, but there was no need to pay any mind to that little detail...even if it did sting some.
