what I've got in my head you can't buy, steal or borrow
Who: Straw Hat Pirates
Where: Marshallcake Apartments
When: This afternoon
Rating: C for Crack
Summary: There's always a noise problem somewhere in some apartment, isn't there?
the log:
So it was time to go. Luffy was actually rather glad Ace didn't argue it, but then again, there wasn't much to argue. It was cold outside and it was still cold--a little less cold, but still cold--in the drafty warehouse. They were moving, finally, into an apartment this time. Luffy grinned as he led the way to Marshall.
And down the hall... to 114. Zoro's place, though he hadn't told the others yet that this was their destination. There was an empty apartment or two nearby as well, but Luffy preferred just doing what he normally did: barging in. It added to the thrill when they didn't expect him; or at least, the expressions they made when they saw him grinning at them were pretty funny.
The first thing he did was turn to those behind him and beam. "Here it is!"
And then he turned back to the door. Gripping it, he jiggled the handle--unlocked, good--and thrust it open as wide as it could go.
"We're heeeere!" he shouted.
Without further ado, he made his way into the apartment. Hello, Zoro, you have housemates.
