There was a bit of food placed out on the tables that he'd repositioned, and he'd even swept the room. Overall he was rather pleased with how he'd set up the place, but that was about it. Eald'narche had never been the social type; he often spent his time either in his room, on the rooftops, or hunting. Rarely did he ever do anything else with his time, so this was almost a treat for him. Almost.
Gohl had changed much since the last time they'd had a meetup. Many of the younger, louder residents had left Discedo, leaving only memories behind. Even the previous landlord had left. Still, Gohl was close-knit, almost like a group of friends or even a family; and even though he didn't particularly like having close ties with others, Eald'narche had no desire to see that change or fade away.
He'd even taken the trouble of reminding people over the network, and placing a reminder at the entrances of all the hallways ("Gohl Meet Tomorrow", simple enough for his liking). The moment the room was satisfactorily clean, Eald'narche placed himself on the couch near the stairs, not so much waiting as he was resting.
