Summary: Enil's Dark Whisper ability is back, problem is that she can't control it. No one is safe from facing their worst fears.
The Log:
With everyone in the area affected by some kind of ability gain, the lieutenant was not exempt from it. At first, she was content when her Dark Whisper started to work for her again despite the nasty little chip being put in her body. But with any gift given at random, there was always a catch.
It was small at first, little shadows wisps kept forming as she walked when she didn't want them to. Then throughout the week, they started to grow...like to the point where no one could notice the woman within the mass. It was like when she first tried to control the power, draining on her mentally. Never a good sign. Before she knew it, she was wandering out of her apartment and out into the city...
