It had been a night of celebration, mostly. It was kind of a strange thing, celebrating being back in a Hellhole like Discedo, but it wasn't until Leon left it that he realized just how empty and lonely his life back at home really was. Being back here amongst people who cared about him, and whom he cared about, was better than having all the money and whatever the hell else he had back home. Not only that, but seeing first-hand that everything would be okay at home without him there, it suddenly wasn't so bad. Maybe he was here for a good reason.
His first stop had been to Gren's place, which only seemed right. It ended in happiness and a new chapter in Leon's life. But now that he had that all resolved, it was time to see the next person he was closest to in Discedo. He'd thought about Mona a great deal while he was home-- he often wondered what she would say if she saw him all smart-suited government agent-ness as opposed to just Officer Kennedy that he was here in Discedo... among other things.
With a tiny smile as he approached her door, he raised his hand and gave a firm knock.
