Summary: Shinjiro wants a respite for the slow poison of his guilt. After the recent events, and the pain over his own mistakes, only this idea has kept him clinging to sanity and control. Even so, he is reluctant to ask such a hard favor of Wolfwood.

Summary: Two arguments and one disappearance later, Shinji broods on the rooftop of Latimir, keeping an eye on someone from afar. As the night sky fades, he's ambivalent about remaining alone, but too conflicted to call anyone for company.
