giving this one last try
Who: Jiang Wei
secondphoenix and [open]
Where: Ingles Trail, near the clothing stores
When: March 3rd
Rating: PG-13 because it's better to be safe than sorry.
Summary: Communication barriers can be fatal.
Fantastic.
He was going to die here, hungry and alone and in a place he'd never wanted to go to. The monster attacks had - well, not died off completely, but slowed down, which was good, because he was finding he didn't have much strength left in him to fight. He couldn't find much food, and anyone who he had actually encountered so far was unintelligible.
Wide-eyed barbarians would be the death of him. They hadn't even understood his crude sign language.
He slumped against one of the buildings, still gripping his trident. There had to be food somewhere, but he certainly didn't know where, and his attempts at eating some of the monsters were, um. Well, not good. Food doesn't do one much good if it comes right back up.
