TTL BROMANCE; in progress

Who: Miles Edgeworth [[livejournal.com profile] cravatsabound] and Phoenix Wright [[livejournal.com profile] dividend]
Where: Miles' apartment.
When: After their discussion in Phoenix's journal.
Rating: Something witty goes here, and by that I mean PG.
Summary: Phoenix goes to deliver law stuff and food stuff to Edgeworth. And manages to look both ways before he crosses the street.
the log:

"Strange" was a good word to describe the usual state of things in Discedo, but, well... Phoenix had definitely had his fair share of "stranger than normal" days recently. Not only had Maya disappeared, but Edgeworth had come back, for what would make this the fourth time (not that he was counting, of course. Oh no). And now... he sighed, wishing that he hadn't let the whole "death" thing slip to his friend. It hadn't helped things at all, and he'd been doing so well in keeping the other's spirits up - or annoying the hell out of him, most of the time even he couldn't tell which it was.

As promised, he had made a trip to the soup kitchen to get his friend something decent to eat, and so with that balanced in one hand and the papers in the other, he made his way back to Latimir to meet with Edgeworth. He was feeling a little more anxious than normal, due to what the last part of their conversation had been about, but surely Miles wouldn't read too much into it. ... Right? Phoenix tried not to think about the possible can of worms that he'd just opened up, and instead took the time to try and figure out a good way to balance the soup without spilling it, the papers without dropping them, and knocking on the door at the same time.

... in the end, instead of putting anything down, he settled on tapping the door with his foot. A good plan as usual, Phoenix - taking the hardest way possible. Now all he had left to do was wait for the door to be answered... it was at times like this that he was grateful that his friend was so prompt.
