Who: Norway and ~You~
Where: The lake thing?
When: The afternoon/evening of 26 March.
Rating: Who even knows. Prooooooobably G, but it depends on who shows up. 8|;
Summary: Spring is coming; Norway wants to go ice-skating while he still has the chance. COME BOTHER HIM, idek.
the log: There's a funny little thing about spring.

Norway doesn't believe in the concept.

You see, at his house, there are two seasons: winter and summer. Autumn and spring are just weird, awkward transitional periods in which the weather gets colder or warmer respectively. That they are seasons unto themselves is a lie foreigners try to make him believe. But, be that as it may, he knows that it's been getting warmer in Discedo. Obviously it's not summer yet, but still. He's already gotten around to making lighter coats and, because he can, clothing that's more traditional and comfortable, and totally just a hint nationalistic.

Anyway, this evening he's made his way out to go ice-skating. And it's a good time, he thinks, because something may or may not be going on at the apartment back home, and it's about time he finally got around to doing this. He won't come alone, though--the first Prinny he domesticated--Niels--is with him, faithful still, even if begrudgingly, after the threats talk Norway gave him awhile ago, something vague about how he'd protect the Prinny from other monsters, promising it citizenship if it managed to get reincarnated. Clearly the poor penguin is not around to serve as a meatshield/ballistic/projectile if Norway runs into something nasty.

So, yes back to what's actually happening: this is quite a sight to be seen. There is a country and his pet exploding penguin out on the ice today. And once Norway does get out he becomes a bit lighter and loosens up (he'll actually smile for no reason other than the feeling, the experience, the rushing of air only he can hear). Better just hope that the penguin doesn't fall.
