The Runaway Returns
Who: Eald'narche, Leonardo

Rating: PG to PG-13 for possible violence
Summary: Leonardo encounters the runaway Eald'narche and intends to bring him home. However, this runaway isn't ready to go home yet...at least not without a fight.
the log:
The same place, but nearly five months after, and the snow had long since melted. The large fallen branch was still stained with a few blood spots. His blood, he noted. There were claw marks there as well, but not many.
The scene of his murder.
Normally, Eald'narche would avoid this place, but now it signified just how far away from the city he was. Far, but not far enough. Pulling out one of his kunai just in case, Eald'narche nimbly made his way up one of the trees - careful that his cloak wouldn't snag on any stray branches or bark - and perched a good way up. It was a difficult climb for his size, but luckily he was light enough so that the branches wouldn't snap so easily under his weight. He didn't plan on traveling too much farther, but he needed to pace himself. A bit of rest here, up in the trees and away from the wolves, would suffice before he continued. It mattered not that he lost his way; he could easily find the city again.
At least, he hoped.
