Meeting 1 - Yuri is a failing failure

When: A few days after Yuri decides to take up leadership
Rating: PG13
Summary: Yuri gets topped into taking over the City Watch. Why is he doing this again?
The log:
This was a wonderfully bad idea, and the more he thought about it, the worse it got. But in a way there was a dim thrill to it too. Working with a group again, making a difference. Sure, he worked alone more often then not, and playing at teamwork could be annoying as hell. But no one else would do it, and he had a nasty habit of doing the work no-one else wanted.
But leadership? That was more Flynn's thing. He had no desire to be followed, even though it kept happening. Maybe he was just getting soft.
Yuri paced around the bar, looking annoyed. Maybe he'd be lucky and no one would show.
((ooc: Yuri will be addressing folks as soon as a few people show up, but feel free to have folks come in late. Also feel free to have secondary conversations/threads, just lable them away from the main one. Also: Yuri can't understand anything other then English.))
