House should know better by now not to instigate his peers, particularly when he's a foreign world-wait, that doesn't make any sense. The doctor couldn't get that through his thick skull. Even if he was seeing the two goddamn moon on the horizon and Occam's razor was pounding his mind, House was a staunch skeptic of the goings-on of the place. So he followed Cas's directions on his communicating device and, look at that, there was the hospital. Sudden flashback to Princeton-Plainsboro rolled into his eyes and NO, he was not suddenly homesick. That was just his stomach, fuck off.

Still, he couldn't help watching everyone around him and officially declared this place insane. As soon as he talks to both Wilson and Cuddy, House will decide if that's a good or a bad thing.
