My Funny Valentine

Now, Germany was relatively quiet yesterday. Yes, he had a visitor over, and spent a good amount of time discussing with his visitor, but beside that he chose not to talk as much as normally. Yes folks, he doesn't ALWAYS Tl;dr. If asked what was wrong, he'd shake his head and say it was nothing. He wasn't so easy to read, and even the most obvious lies he told seemed true (though he never did exercise this ability.) if pried, he'd announce he was only thinking about what to make for dinner.
It seemed like a reasonable response, and pushing for more is pointless. It's best to leave him alone, or at least the subject he's concealing so much.
Most mornings, Germany is awake and moving about before Italy, and generally let the Italian sleep as long as he needed. Today was a little different though, and not the usual different either.
Instead, Italy should be waking up with his German sitting on the bed beside him, being lightly shook into reality. "Italy, wake up. Breakfast is getting cold and I can't keep a fire going forever."
