Who: Sweden, Billy ...okay they both look a bit different.

Summary: Sweden came over to paint a certain apartment blue. Someone walked in on that.
the log:
Sweden had finished Denmark's and Sweden's room and most other parts of the apartment, leaving out the bedrooms that he knew to be occupied by someone who was not Denmark, as well as Norway's half of the bedroom, and was now working on the kitchen, covering the walls with blue and sometimes a bit yellow paint in the form of Nordic crosses slowly but steadily, making sure that everything was covered.
