ILLUSION, Michael. A "trick" is what a whore does for money. ...Or cocaine.

Who: [Bad username or site: libertyfuckyeah title= @ livejournal.com] & [Bad username or site: totallygaaay title= @ livejournal.com]
Where: Dissimuloooooo
When: After America's done looting the corpse of every character Sean Bean has ever played (tonight)
Rating: PG-13? R? This??? You know what, it's rated not suitable for any audiences. Stop reading this log. Stop judging me.
Summary: Relationship issues. America has reached a point of paranoia not known since that ginger in The Iron Giant and Tatsumi is a psychopath. Petty drama with a bratty teenager and a vampire who looks like he puts an absurd amount of gel in his hair. So it's like Twilight with less gay guys and suicidal codependency.
The Log:

America has slept approximately two full hours in the past five day, twenty seven minutes, and eleven seconds. It's for the best, he thinks. A fog has transformed reality. Bodies that had been blinking in and out of existing like static on a monitor were now real enough to smell. Maybe it was the sleep deprivation, but it seemed grayer. Less saturated. Like somehow, color was sucked out of the world itself into a muted plane of dull shades and shadows.

No one can blame him for being anxious about what could come next.

As he huddles on the couch, he tries to remember if the gun in his lap is loaded. Can't, so he checks, and it is. Every second that ticked by seemed to put a needle prick in his brain, his pained body begging him to sleep. It's not that he hasn't tried; but even in the moments where exhaustion overtook him, he jerked awake before he could dream about what happened the last time fog had rolled into the city. What scared him most is that no one knew, and he certainly wouldn't tell anyone about the people he killed or how much he enjoyed it.

Funny, he thinks, how both serial killers and nations are born in blood. Then he realizes that it's not funny at all because you choked a girl who called you "dad" to death and loved every second of it, you sick freak. Not that he would have chosen that to happen, but still. Discedo really has a fetish for everyone's Dark Passenger. And if it's not psychosis, it's destruction, and there are others out there with atomic power. Others who are not America, not even Russia who was just as scared of America as America was of him. There are others out there with missiles at their fingertips and America had nothing without his land and people, just a handful of guns, and how frustrating is that when you're left completely powerless when you know you could take on anyone, everyone, and win, but you're not at your full strength you're barely anything more than human?

It's not paranoid for America to believe that the world is out to get him. That would imply that his worries are irrational. If this corpse-filled wasteland is a testament to anything, it's that America isn't crazy for thinking the worst.

Definitely not crazy.

Just hallucinating Batman.

...He thinks he hears a clock ticking somewhere, but maybe that's Tatsumi's footsteps approaching. Probably. Everything hurts, body, mind, and soul. America pushes his glasses up and rubs his eyes. He doesn't need a mirror to know that the dark circles under them make him look sickly. (Weak, and isn't that the last thing he wants?) God, he doesn't even want to talk to his boyfriend right now. If he starts to get lovey America might just throw him out a window. Is it abuse if you're dating a masochistic vampire? Why isn't there a guide for this sort of thing?
