Summary: Scientists have pets. People want them. Time for a road trip!
The Log:

Sunday morning comes and it's time to set out for this paper factory Kain wants everyone to go see. After his intial post on the network, Adam contacted those who were still interested in going with the time and place to meet up: outside Dissimulo's entrance bright and early that morning.

Well...time to get started then.

[Okay, that man is a weird looking man. Ignore the apple-shape bruise on her face and her HALX eye.]

Says you! And I know! [Laughs at the apple shaped bruise before being belted with an apple to the head himself] OW!

[She frowns at the laughing and sticks out her tongue.]

Well, you are a Lazy Fuck!

[And then he gets hit by an apple and suddenly there is laughter coming from her... Lots and lots of laughter.]

[Rubbing his head. Wondering where those stars were before glaring over at that child]

I'll show you a lazy fuck. [Pulls out his red marker from a pocket] F! [Drawing on her face]

[She goes let out a rather loud surprised sound as the weird man grabs her face in order to draw on it!]

ERIC! EEERIC!

[Trying to get away and oh he finally lets go! She goes at once to start scrubbing at her face.]

Why did you do that for?! MEANIE! Meanie-face! [And here, she attempts to clean her face off of whatever he drew on it and keeps failing which in turns.... Crocker you are getting some tears and sniffles from Sai. Any moment and she is gonna start crying.]

Mind a threadhop?

What's going on here?

[Not amused ranger is not amused. To top it off, the girl looked like she was going to cry. His expression softened as he spoke to Sai.]

Are you ok?

[Denzel is smiling as Sai begins to cry. Though the voice made Denzel quickly cower]

I gave her an - F! For her smart mouth. [And to be a jerk]

Not at all!

[She cries for a moment before going to look up at Adam. Her face has a big bruise as well as a giant red F!]

No. He is picking on me.

Well, there's that too.

So you admit to picking on children? What kind of adult does that?

[He walks over to Sai, looking at her face and offered his hand. He's giving her a small smile.]

I got a kit with me. Let's get that stuff off your face, ok?

Better they learn life isn't fair now. [and the only way he gains self esteem]

[She goes to look up at Adam as he walks over to her and just goes to timidly take his offered hand.]

Can it really come off?

[Ignoring the crabby teacher right now and focuses on Sai, nodding.]

It looks like it's just marker so it'll go off with some water.

You think so? [Cause she really doesn't want to live forever with this giant F on her face.]

[He grabs the mentioned kit as well as a cloth and some water, starting to wipe off the marker from her face.]

It's still fresh so it'll be gone in a few minutes.

[She goes to close both of her eyes and couldn't help but to make faces as he cleans her face.]

Thank you... [For coming to her rescue even though she doesn't know you.]

[He doesn't mind, chalk it up for teaching kids.]

[It's what he does. And the marker is now off her face.]

There, all gone.

Hey! What's going on?

[He'd only lost sight of her for a minute. This girl was a pain.]

Heather? Come back here! Who's that?

[She blinks before she goes to add 2 and 2 together.]

Mr. Adam!

[She goes to giggle and smile as much as she can. She reaches up to touch her face before going to let out a cheer and attempts to give Adam a quick hug before Eric arrives.

SHE NO LONGER HAS THE F ON HER FACE! HER FACE IS NORMAL AGAIN!]

Eric! [She jumps a little and moves at once to hurry back to Eric's side.] Sorry... [For leaving your side briefly.]

He is Mr. Adam and the one in the glasses is mean....

Where were you? Mr Adam, is it? Who was mean to you?

Over here.... [Something caught her attention.]

I don't know the mean one's name but he laughed and picked on me. But he's the weird and funny looking one over there.

[Nope, not gonna move anywhere near him again in case she gets another red F on her face.]

[Eric gives Adam a polite nod.]

Picking on you? You should have called me.

No doubt he does those type of things to boost his own self worth.

[That's one of Adam's urks: picking on a child like that.]

Hopefully he'll stay away if he knows what is good for him.

[Heather just reaches up to hold onto Eric's shirt and nods her head.]

He was, grabbing me and drawing on my face. And laughed a lot at my bruise....

I am sorry....

[She looks over to Adam and nods her head. She for one isn't gonna go near him again if she can avoid it.]

[Denzel eyes over and is just staying away from those two adults hovering about the child. With any luck they'll leave Crocker alone. Maybe.. That one adult that just arrived sounds over protective of that child]
