((The message probably came around noon: hey! the blind dates will be tonight at seven. make sure you dress warm, it was pretty chilly last year. thanks for signing up! Now, for some of you might have come as a surprise: "I was signed up for what?" though others already know it was coming for them. Either way, you chose to see exactly what it was you were signed up for. Perhaps a secret lover wanted to meet up with you and were too shy to ask? Wherever you come from, the roof of Latimir is your destination.

The weather was only so-so. Winds blow over the cold roof, table cloths of low quality shutter at their touch. It seems Greece has a campfires set up in three place carefully protected by metal bases to prevent fire damage, and around each tables are set up. At the very center, Greece is sitting, and when he sees someone approach, smiles, bringing him or her to the designated spot. He'll bring the small dinner when your date has arrived! He returns to his spot, clearly attending a soup at the center of the event.

The table seems to be set with only a paper flower set in a small dish. Your number, in black, fading marker stands upright before you, and your partner's number sits across from you. Around you may be the other guests, whom you may approach and talk with if you see fit.

If you look at the other side of the card, you may find a few hints and tips to get conversation going. "Cats" "I can kick your ass" "Scones" "Flowers" and the like are scribbled onto every card.

It's a bit nerve wrecking to arrive before your date, but don't be too worried. Eventually, he or she will show up, and if you were lucky, your date and you won't already hate eachother. It's funny how things work.

"Well he looked rather Russian... What did he call him? Oh, right! Ivan Braginsky." Pause, "Said something that wasn't the man he knew from back home." Takes a sip of water and presses his glasses on his face, "But that's besides the point, whatever that shapeshifting creature was, I know I saw my fear."

Denzel nods.

"YES!" Brief pause, "Manly nurses with a large syringe."

I suppose I'm asking about both.

The shapeshifter only had me by the leg.

As far as the real nurses in my world, they've squeezed me. Stuck the [so fearful] ssssyyyringe in me and put me in a straightjacket. [His eyes start to show crazy and he's talking sorta weird now like psychotic] In a nice little white room all by myself. [Eye twitching]

All by yourself? I confess to liking white rooms, but that sort of loneliness is... well. It can be damaging.

The straitjacket also sounds quite unpleasant...

[Denzel is gnawing his coat collar for a bit before eyeing the other from a side view]

... I think you might really need some food. You shouldn't eat your clothes.

[crackpotcrocker]

[He stops finally] Huh? Oh, I'm not dying of hunger. [That was insanity from that damage that was spoken of. If you are to look in Crocker's eyes the look of insanity has gone below and not in the eyes as obvoius as before]

Well, it's just that you indicated that you were hungry earlier and that was a very sudden reaction. Clothes are important and valuable; you should try not to damage them like that.

I do that sometimes. Though I am hungry but not that hungry.
