Everything was going crazy lately: first Makoto went god knows where, a murder has happened, and Conan seems like he wants to do everything himself. Just great.

At least he found a makeshift punching bag and has proceeded to focus all his extra energy on that. If anyone were to enter and try to disturb him...well, he can get in a zone.

[Steve remembered Adam's invitation from when he first arrived, but it was only recently that he decided to take it. He walked inside the dojo and spotted the ranger working a punching bag.]

Letting out anger? [He still stood near the entrance.] Or just practicing?

Adam moves away from the punching bag and heads for the mats in the middle of the room, taking off the makeshift cloth from his hands and tossing them aside. Nah, they weren't needed right now.]

[Steve pulls off his gloves and moves to the mats before moving into a stance.]

Slightly crouched, legs spread, and arms bent with hands in that familiar straight style, he moves one hand and makes that familiar 'come over here' sign.

[God I can't write action scenes, but Steve knows boxing and judo I think? Not sure how this would really go.]
