[Well, Luffy is certainly excited about this. He hasn't gone on a decent adventure in what seems like forever. After all, he was cut off from the New World just before coming here again. For what... the third time? Damn, it had been a while.

He can basically be seen wandering anywhere around the Weather Hardy, though. Glad to actually be out sailing for a change.]

((Let's chill out at the helm, leaning over the rails to look out on the lake. Weird how huge it was. She wasn't use to sailing, really, but it wasn't so bad.

When she turns an looks up, there's Luffy approaching. A smile.))

Hey-a, captain!

[straw_hat]

[He turns around, a grin spreading on his face when he sees Sakura.]

Hey, Sakura! [Waves for her to come over.]

[sthenic]

((trots up.))

Is there anything that needs to be done at all?

[straw_hat]

Hn.... [He looks around. Wind seems steady... shit, he wishes Nami were here. She's good at this.]

Don't think so! We just gotta follow the current.

[sthenic]

It's that easy? ((looks up at the sail.))

[straw_hat]

Usually it's a lot harder on the ocean because you have to worry about different currents. But since we're just on a river, there's only one current. So it's okay! I think. Nami's the navigator, so she'd probably know more. But since she's not here, I'm just guessing.

[DON'T YOU FEEL SAFE KNOWING THIS IS YOUR CAPTAIN.]

.... Hehehehe, you started this trip without a navigator?

[straw_hat]

Yep! Well, there might be someone who can navigate on the ship, but I dunno.

[STILL FEELING SAFE?]

[sthenic]

((She didn't feel safe earlier either, man.))


Oof.. ((DROOPS. Can you feel the dark aura around here now. DESPAIR SURROUNDS HER.)) I should have known.

[straw_hat]

[He chuckles.] It'll be okay! We've got Marco! He's smart, he'll help out.

[sundancer]

[This being Ammy's first time on a ship that was still afloat, she's standing on her two hind legs so she can look over the railing, her tail wagging side to side.]

[straw_hat]

[DOGGYYYYYYYYYYY a very pretty one, at that. He walks up to Ammy and grins.]

Shishishi, excited?

[sundancer]

[She looks at him and barks, nodding her head.]

[straw_hat]

[He laughs again.] What kinda stuff do you think we'll find? Treasure? Or maybe a treasure map?

[sundancer]

[She tilts her head to the side, if she could shrug she would.]

[straw_hat]

Maybe a lot of good meat... [Luffy, stop drooling on the god.]

[sundancer]

[She also seems to be drooling a bit. You might have found a new best friend, Luffy, since Ammy really loves food too.

She stops her drooling before looking at him curiously, asking for his name.]

[straw_hat]

[Maybe steak... or ribs.... OH or maybe some pork... wait no come back to earth, Luffy.

He hops up to sit on the railing of the ship, grinning.] I'm Luffy! Who're you?

[loyal_cube]

[Cube was up and about, enjoying the lake air. His spirits were a bit higher than the last time he sailed on this ship. Upon passing Luffy, he bows his head and gives a smile.]

You're looking well, Luffy-san.

[straw_hat]

[He grins to Cube and nods.] Mn! I like sailing a lot better than being stuck on land.

[loyal_cube]

Ah, being a pirate that only seems natural, doesn't it?

[It's almost amusing how different his point of view of pirates has changed since coming to Discedo.]

Is sailing your favorite part of your occupation?

[straw_hat]

[He nods his head emphatically.] A lot of us looove the ocean!

Nah, I like the adventures more. But the sea's like my home, so I really like sailing, too!

That makes sense.

[Though the mention of adventures brings up some worry.]

What sort of adventures have enjoyed int he past?

[straw_hat]

A TON! I went to an island in the sky, then a water city and we went to the government's HQ, we sailed to a huge boat with zombies and skeletons and stuff, then an island ten thousand meters below the surface, and I just made it to the New World. Shishishi, the ocean was on fire!
