Who: Asia family + Stocking
Where: China and Stocking's Apartment within the Marshall building.

Summary: The groom's family meets the bride and future sister-in-law.
The Log:

China had sent out a text to his family members a week in advance before the scheduled meeting, so when he awoke that morning of the set date he was feeling slightly nervous. As far as he knew, his siblings never had as much interaction with Stocking as he did. Then of course was the usual worry of the family not approving the bride to be. Despite his worries, he helped Stocking clean the apartment, he prepared some tea, snacks, and of course sweets. He was dressed in his red outfit with his hair neatly combed into its usual ponytail.

After setting the tray of tea and food down on the low table, he stood up to scan over the apartment briefly. Everything seemed in order, so now all there was to do was wait. He glances over in Stocking's direction to give her a small smile before returning his gaze to the door.

Taiwan doesn't like to do things quietly. She was still young and exciting and energetic, after all! Being restrained was for old people. Which is why your doorbell is ringing like, fifty times before you even get up to open it, China. She's attempting to get the rhythm of "Flight of the Bumblebee."

"Teacher, Teacher, open the door!"

If Korea was still here, he would have thought it was him, but he's not and he doesn't have a feminine voice. China horridly walks to the door.

"Taiwan... thank you for coming, please step inside and make yourself comfortable. There's tea and snacks on the table."

China, you did not just compare her with Korea... When she walks in, she's all demure smiles and manners, because she's really excited about meeting Stocking. It's not as though they haven't met before, after all, but this was completely different! Obviously!

"Stocking, how are you?" Flops down gracefully (somehow) at the table and pours herself some tea, offering Stocking a cup too, her sleeves carefully out of the way.

Stocking stands near Taiwan and declines the tea humbly. Not that she didn't like Taiwan, she was simply tired and too nervous to eat or drink. However being the demon that she truly is she is able to hide it well with a bright smile.

"Fine and you~?"

Taiwan takes Stocking's hands in hers, perhaps a bit too forcefully, but it is hard to mistake her genuine enthusiasm and excitement. "I'm so excited! I can't wait to have another sister!"

China chuckles. It was encouraging to see that Taiwan and Stocking seemed to be getting along just fine.

"Did having more brothers than sisters tire you, Taiwan?" He says as a joke, poking fun at her.

"Don't listen to him, I'm glad to have another sister." Stocking shakes her hand back.

Sorry, Stocking, Taiwan is a little hard to repress. "Well, yeah, you guys are all so noisy..." And other than Hong Kong and Thailand, none of the rest of you would play dress up with her...

But she'll smile bright at you, Stocking! She's totally not sticking her tongue out at China.

He's in a good mood, so he'll let everything slide for now. China makes makes a gesture with his arm in the direction of the chairs.

"Would you like any tea, or snacks, Taiwan? Stocking?"

"No thank you." She nods slightly then smiles more at Taiwan.

"Hey at least your siblings aren't like my older sister."

She's fine, China, fine! She's more interested in what Stocking is saying anyway. "Really? What's your older sister like?"

"Um well messy. Really messy...." She begins to think about all the things her sister does. However she will not tell Taiwan.

"She is basically the opposite of Stocking," he's way ahead of her, "I believe you also told me her hair is different from yours, right, Stocking? That her hair color is blond?"

Hong Kong knocks on the door without any ceremony, stepping back to wait on someone to answer once he does. He told China he'd be here, so here he is. Whatever his feelings about everything that's happening, his face is, as always, serene and unfazed. It won't be difficult to hide his feelings, because he doesn't make a habit of showing them either way.

Ah sadly for both Hong Kong And Stocking, she beats China to the door and swings it open. Once it was open she stood there staring at the man in front of her with a calm and collective face.

"Hello. Please come in. Take a seat."

"Hey," he says, raising his hand in greeting. "Thanks for having me." In he comes, bowing his head to her briefly and slipping out of his shoes.

There's some tension around China when he sees Stocking beat him to the door and answering to Hong Kong. He swallows down his nervousness as best he can, before giving a respectful bow to Hong Kong.

"Thank you very much for coming. We both appreciate it."

Stocking moves aside and nods her head at the nation. He was about the same age as her in human years but he seemed more mature than her with the way he carried himself. This to be honest made Stocking keep an eye on him.
However she hides it with a smile and walks to him.

"Want something to eat or drink?"

Hong Kong acknowledges China with a bow as well, a bit more formal in response to how China greets him. "You don't have to thank me." He's not being snide, just sticking to formality. When Stocking asks him if he wants food or something to drink, he continues to stick to what's considered mannerly: refuse at least once.

"I don't wanna inconvenience you. But thank you."

China nods his head, he's shown the same mannerisms before himself after all.

"Macau is not with you?" China guesses that he might be doing a few more things with that casino model.

Stocking sat down and watched the two speak. She wanted to say something but decided to watch like a hawk and see how things unraveled. Also she had no clue who Macau was.

"He's working, I think," Hong Kong says, confirming what China must have been thinking. "Sorry, I didn't talk to him before I left."

China shakes his head. "It's alright. I'm sure he will show up later. If not, we can always give him a call."

He gestures to Stocking. "Hong Kong, you already know, but this is Stocking." He turns to Stocking. "Stocking, this is Hong Kong, my youngest brother."

"Nice to meet you." She arises and walks slowly to Hong Kong. Stocking extends her right hand to him.

Hong Kong bows his head a little when he takes her hand, posture respectful. "It's an honor."
